A. Information to the user/
The users of the website are informed about the policy regarding the treatment and protection of the personal data of the users and clients.
Biot Foundation is responsible for the treatment of the user’s personal data and the information that this data will be treated in accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection.
In accordance with this information, the User guarantees the exercise of his right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the data he is concerned with by sending a written communication to the following e-mail address: contacto@biot-foundation.org. The owner of the data is informed and consents, in his or her case, to the communication and processing of his or her personal data under the conditions of security and professional secrecy, for the period of time required for the purpose for which they are collected, processed and transferred, and under the conditions set out below.
B. Processing information/
According to the provision of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, in relation to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the user must provide specific and precise information about the person responsible for the processing and the uses and purposes of the same.

2. Purpose of the treatment/
The Biot Foundation tracts the information provided by people interested in the purpose of:
a) To manage the registration in the tournament of the minor inscribed
The data will be kept for 10 years after the last entry in the tournament.
b) To be able to contact them in order to provide them with the information requested if they so request on the web page, by following an electronic mail or a truncated mail.
The data will be removed a copy is considered as the consultation made.
c) Send the newsletter in case you have subscribed to the same, already in the registration form for the tournament or well subscribed to the same by means of the corresponding form on the website.
d) The data will be kept during the subscription to the newsletter. Send the information leaflet in case you have requested it. The data will be kept only during the management of the application.
The data will be kept for 10 years after the last registration of the club in the tournament.
3. Legitimization of the procedure/
The Biot Foundation has the legitimacy to deal with these issues:
In the case of registration in the tournament, to be essential for the correct management of the subscription and the functioning of the championship/tournament.
In the case of the answer to the queries that the interested party has made, by his/her consent, he/she will accept the privacy policy.
In the case of the sending of the information bulletin, the user will be able to enter his/her data and accept the privacy policy.
When sending the information leaflet, you agree to enter your data and accept the privacy policy.
4. Rights of interested parties/
If you are interested, you will have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not the Biot Foundation is dealing with personnel who affect you. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data, or in their case, request its removal when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, the interested party may request that the processing of his data be limited and, at any time, oppose the processing of his data.
C. Security measures/
In accordance with current regulations on the protection of personal data, the Biot Foundation complies with all the obligations established for the processing of personal data for which it is responsible, which are processed in a legal, fair and transparent manner in relation to the interest and appropriate, pertinent and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
